In my role of Collections Representative, I was responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls on accounts with delinquencies ranging from 30-210 days. I consistently exceeded company standards and expectations, leading to my promotion to Quality Assurance Analyst in 2000. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I worked to ensure compliance with both corporate policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act through monitoring collection calls and performing queue audits. I provided reports to management detailing areas of opportunity for improvement and implemented changes to achieve our goals. I also assisted with departmental new hire training and completed various specialty process reviews. I left this position when I relocated to Pennsylvania in 2002. In addition, I worked for two years for AccuStaff in various temporary clerical positions. For the past six years, I chose to stay at home with my three young children.
